Girls are K-12 Freestyle for the duals, Boys are 7-12 Folkstyle

Boys Dual Weights - Standard HS Weights + 3lbs (in singlet)

Girls Dual Weights - 59, 66, 74, 82, 90, 98, 108, 114, 120, 127, 132, 138, 145, 154, 167, 180, 197, 222 (in singlet)

K-8 IBT Weights - Standard USAW Weights

Track will be run over a dedicated Wifi. The wifi will be limited to our 20 mats, plus head table. Streaming will be available, but at your own risk.

Deposit for Team $200, then 50% of balance on 10/15 and remaining 50% on 10/29 or you can pay in full at anytime.
